Terms & Conditions

The agreement that governs your access to and use of IPTVizion. Please read carefully — by using the Service, you accept everything below.

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Subscriber", "you") and IPTVizion ("IPTVizion", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing iptvizion.com, creating an account, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 Eligibility

To use IPTVizion you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be prohibited from receiving services under the laws of your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

03 Your Account

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Keeping your contact and billing information current and accurate

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Sharing of accounts, credentials, or simultaneous streams beyond the limits of your subscription plan is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

04 Subscriptions & Billing

Plans

IPTVizion offers various subscription plans. Pricing, features, and stream limits are described on the Plans page and may change at any time. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Payment

All fees are payable in advance in the currency displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full subscription fee and any applicable taxes to your selected payment method.

Auto-Renewal

Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle, subscriptions automatically renew for the same term at the then-current price. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate the Service without notice. You remain liable for all charges incurred plus reasonable collection costs.

Trials & Promotions

Trial periods (if offered) are limited to one per household and one per payment method. We may terminate, modify, or revoke any trial or promotional offer at any time without notice. Abuse of trials or promotional codes will result in account termination.

05 No-Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All payments made to IPTVizion are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing any subscription, add-on, upgrade, renewal, or any other paid feature, you acknowledge and expressly agree that:

  • No refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances
  • This applies regardless of whether the Service has been used, partially used, or not used at all
  • This applies regardless of service interruptions, downtime, technical issues, content changes, channel removals, geographic restrictions, device incompatibility, or buffering
  • This applies regardless of cancellation, account termination (voluntary or involuntary), or expiration
  • This applies regardless of dissatisfaction with content, features, performance, or any other aspect of the Service
  • This applies regardless of accidental purchase, duplicate subscription, or change of mind

You confirm that you have evaluated the Service, reviewed the available plan information, and made your purchase decision with full awareness of this policy.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

  • Immediately and permanently terminate your account
  • Recover all fees, chargeback costs, and administrative charges incurred
  • Block all associated email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, and devices
  • Pursue collection through any lawful means, including legal action and reporting to credit and fraud-prevention agencies

Statutory Rights: Where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction (such as the EU/UK statutory withdrawal right for digital services) grant a non-waivable right to refund, those rights are not affected by this section, but only to the extent such laws cannot be lawfully excluded. By beginning to stream or download content immediately upon purchase, you may be deemed to have expressly waived any applicable cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by law.

06 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable streaming but make no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service. The Service may be unavailable, delayed, or degraded due to maintenance, upgrades, network conditions, third-party providers, or events beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, channel, or content offering
  • Change technical specifications, supported devices, or stream limits
  • Impose usage limits, bandwidth caps, or geographic restrictions
  • Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance

No such modification or interruption shall entitle you to compensation, credit, or refund of any kind.

07 Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account, credentials, or any portion of the Service
  • Record, capture, copy, mirror, rebroadcast, or otherwise reproduce any content delivered through the Service
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, geographic restrictions, DRM, or security measures
  • Use the Service for any commercial, public exhibition, or non-personal purpose
  • Use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or scripts to access, monitor, or interact with the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right in your jurisdiction
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use a VPN, proxy, or any tool to misrepresent your location or identity

Violation of this section is grounds for immediate termination without refund and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

08 Content & Third Parties

Channels, programming, electronic program guides, metadata, recommendations, and related content available through the Service may be provided by third parties. We do not produce, edit, endorse, or control such third-party content and accept no responsibility or liability for it. Content availability is subject to change, removal, or restriction at any time without notice.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

09 Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including software, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, databases, and the "IPTVizion" name and brand — are and shall remain the exclusive property of IPTVizion and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. This license terminates automatically and immediately upon any breach of these Terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by us freely, without compensation, attribution, or restriction.

10 Suspension & Termination

We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service — in whole or in part — at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, including (without limitation) where we believe:

  • You have breached these Terms
  • You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
  • Continued service poses a legal, security, or reputational risk to us
  • A payment has failed, been disputed, or been reversed
  • You have shared your account or otherwise misused the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and you forfeit all prepaid fees. We are under no obligation to refund any amount. Sections relating to no-refunds, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement
  • Warranties of uninterrupted, secure, error-free, virus-free, or accurate operation
  • Warranties regarding the quality, reliability, availability, or legality of any content
  • Warranties that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations

No advice or information, oral or written, obtained from IPTVizion or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IPTVizion, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or reputation
  • Damages arising from service interruption, downtime, data loss, or content unavailability
  • Damages arising from third-party content, conduct, or services
  • Damages arising from your breach of these Terms or unauthorized use of your account

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to IPTVizion in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is lower.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IPTVizion and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual-property, privacy, or contractual rights
  • Any content or information you submit, transmit, or share through the Service
  • Any dispute between you and a third party

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

14 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet or telecommunication failures, power outages, pandemics, cyberattacks, third-party supplier failures, or any other event of force majeure.

15 Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@iptvizion.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in our chosen jurisdiction, conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute will be brought only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against IPTVizion. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, we retain the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property, security, or confidential information.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your chosen jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, the courts located in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

Important: replace the bracketed jurisdiction above with the country, state, or territory of IPTVizion's legal entity registration before publishing.

17 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice posted within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any change, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service — no refunds will be issued.

18 General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and IPTVizion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
  • Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced with the closest enforceable equivalent.
  • No Waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Notices: we may deliver notices to you by email, in-service message, or by posting on iptvizion.com. You agree such notices satisfy any legal requirement that notice be in writing.
  • Headings: section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
  • Language: the English-language version of these Terms is authoritative. Translations are provided for convenience only.
